Yes, it’s not a typo nor a joke! At the next VMUG IT meeting on 4th april we have a special guest speaker: Steve Herrod, VMware Chief Technology Officer and Sr. VP of R&D !
Steve Herrod will give a session (in english) about what’s going on in VMware, and will be available for some Q&A afterwards. It’s one of the rare opportunities to hear about what’s going on in VMware from the live voice of its CTO out of the general session in VMworld!
As in the previous meetings there will also be 2 other sessions and our usual panel, this time about security.

Ebbene si, avete letto bene e non è un pesce d’aprile: al prossimo VMUG IT meeting del 4 aprile avremo uno speaker d’eccezione: Steve Herrod, Chief Technology Officer di VMware!
Steve Herrod sarà presente al meeting e terrà una sessione (in lingua inglese) sulle ultime novità di VMware, al termine della quale risponderà alle domande del pubblico. E’ una occasione veramente unica per sentire dal vivo cosa bolle in pentola in VMware direttamente dal suo CTO! E il tutto senza andare al VMworld ;)
Ovviamente, oltre alla sua sessione ci saranno altre due sessioni e la nostra ormai consueta tavola rotonda, questa volta sul tema sicurezza.

I preparativi sono ancora in corso, ma possiamo già darvi le informazioni principali per partecipare al prossimo evento del VMUG italiano.
